What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file stored in your browser by the website you visit, or by a third-party service embedded in it. The browser’s local storage is used for the same purposes. The rules below apply to both.
Your choice
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or customise your choice, category by category. Until you choose, no cookie that requires your consent is set. Rejecting does not prevent you from browsing the shop or ordering.
Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again. You can change or withdraw it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of each page. If you withdraw your consent, the related cookies are deleted from our domain and the service is no longer loaded.
Strictly necessary cookies (no consent needed)
They are required for the shop to work and cannot be switched off. They are never used for advertising tracking.

The language is carried by the page address, without a cookie. Forms are protected against bots by a calculation done in your browser (Altcha), without cookies or third-party services.
Functional cookies: live chat (with your consent)
The live chat window is provided by tawk.to. It is only loaded once you accept the “Functional” category. If you are signed in, your name and email address are passed to the chat so that our team recognises you.

Third-party content: Google Maps (with your consent)
Some pages may show a Google Maps map. Google sets its own cookies on its domains (for example NID) as soon as the map is shown. Without your consent for the “Third-party content” category, the map is replaced by a placeholder offering to show it, and by a link to Google Maps that opens in a new tab. Services without cookies
The customer reviews block and badge from Société des Avis Garantis are loaded from its servers but set no cookies and do not use your browser’s storage.
We use no audience measurement or advertising tools.
When paying by card, you are sent to our payment provider’s page, which applies its own rules.
Browser settings
