The site board names the project manager, the contractors and the trades for the whole duration of the project. It stays outdoors from start to finish, in rain, frost and full sun: it needs stiffness and a protected surface. We print it in our workshop in the Gers, to your dimensions and in the colours of each contractor.

A site board is not the statutory planning permission display: it is the project's promotional board, carrying the client, the project manager and the contractors for each trade. Put up with the site welfare cabins, it stays in place from groundworks to handover, most often printed single-sided since it is read from the road. Once it is over a metre, choose 10 mm Akilux® rather than 3.5 mm: thick corrugated polypropylene stays flat when the wind gets behind the fence, where a thin sheet warps. 5 mm Forex® gives a smoother, denser surface; 3 mm white Alupanel® is the most stable for a long project or a board meant to be reused. No preset size quite right? Give us your dimensions and it is cut to order.
Four corner eyelets are the first to give way on a large board: go for eyelets all around the edge, at regular intervals, or at least along the top and bottom edges, which hold the board flat against the fence. The Serflex cable tie is the quickest fixing on mesh fencing: tighten it through the eyelet and the board no longer moves. It is also the fixing you can cut and redo in two minutes on the day the welfare cabins move and the board has to follow — a screwed board rarely comes back intact.
A site board in town gets tagged: anti-graffiti lamination lets you clean off spray paint with solvent without taking the print with it. Elsewhere, gloss or matt lamination keeps the colours until handover. Plan for replacement: when a contractor leaves the project, reprinting the board is neater than a sticker stuck over the top, and if the size does not change the fixings can be reused.
CMYK at 300 DPI, 2 mm bleed, 4 mm safety margin — and partner logos in vector format, since they are what gives away low resolution on a large board. The board is read from the road, while driving: put the project name ahead of the contractors, and keep the trades on a regular grid rather than lined up in order of arrival.
We print it in our workshop in the Gers, 100% Made In Occitanie. Standard, urgent or express: on a building site, the date the welfare cabins go up is what counts.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
A close-knit team, from the first idea to the finished product. Every project, large or small, gets the same care. A question about your file? +33 5 33 13 02 01.
