Estate agent board
An estate agent board advertises a property for sale from the road, where your future buyers pass by. It is fixed with cable ties to a gate or a wire fence, with no drilling, comes down just as quickly on completion day, and can be ordered singly or in batches to cover several access points. We print it in our workshop in the Gers, in your colours and with your phone number.

Akilux or Forex: which to choose for a property for sale?
Two materials cover most needs. 3.5 mm Akilux® is the board you put up and take down: it is unaffected by any weather and can be handled with one hand after a viewing, which matters when you are putting up five in a day. 3 mm Forex® aims for the opposite: a perfectly smooth surface that reproduces a property photo and an agency logo like a print, on a gate where the board will stay visible for months. On a windy site or for a large size, step up to 10 mm Akilux or 5 mm Forex.
Portrait or landscape: the format that reads from the road
On a post, a narrow fence or a gate pillar, portrait reads better than landscape: the eye moves downwards, and it is width that is in short supply, rarely height. Among the 76 preset sizes, 30 x 40, 40 x 60 and 45 x 65 cover most installations; if your support dictates its own dimensions, enter your height and width and the board is cut to order, straight cut or contour cut.
Double-sided, eyelets and cable ties: fixed with no drilling
When the property sits on a street corner, double-sided printing saves putting up two boards back to back: the listing reads in both directions of traffic. For fixing, eyelets in each corner are the standard: thread a Serflex cable tie through each one and it is secure, with no drilling, and removed just as fast on completion day. On a large board or a windy spot, eyelets all around the edge spread the load and stop it flapping. A board that spends a season facing south loses its reds first: that is where lamination earns its place, gloss or matt depending on the light.
Preparing your file: the phone number first
A passer-by in a car remembers only one thing, the number: set it very large, bigger than everything else, with strong contrast. The headline, the type of property and the phone number are enough — room details are read in the online listing, not at the wheel. Technically: CMYK, 300 DPI, 2 mm bleed, 4 mm safety margin, and keep text and figures clear of the eyelets, which bite into the corners.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
