The Dibond aluminium panel is a composite: two aluminium skins on a lightweight core. It does not warp, does not rust and lasts for years on a facade. Aluminium takes over outdoors: company plaque on the facade, shop sign, exposed building signage. Heavier than the other boards, it is fitted once, for the long term. We print it in our Gers workshop.

Dibond is an aluminium composite panel: two aluminium skins on a lightweight core. This structure gives it a flatness no plastic material can match. It does not warp in the sun, does not rust in the rain, does not yellow. Hence its place on company plaques, permanent shop signs and building signage. Aluminium takes over outdoors, where indoor materials stop. It is heavier than the other materials in our range: that is not a flaw, it is the price of permanence.
White Alupanel® 3 mm is the standard finish: a neutral background that reproduces colours exactly as they are. Brushed silver Alupanel® 3 mm, on the other hand, leaves the metal visible: unprinted areas become reflections. No other material gives this effect, so keep it for graphics that make use of it.
The range goes from the 15 x 21 cm of a door plaque to the 50 x 100 cm of a facade sign; 30 x 55 covers two-line company plaques. Outside the range, give us your dimensions: the panel is sheared to order, with a straight cut or contour cut.
Printing is single-sided or double-sided when the panel is read from both sides. Five ink options are available, from photo-quality CMYK to CMYK + white, which makes solid areas opaque. For fixing, Ø 12 mm stand-offs hold the panel away from the wall: the cast shadow adds depth and makes it read as a mounted plaque, not a stuck-on poster. Eyelets are still possible, at the corners or along one side. For the surface finish, a matt laminate cuts reflections on a south-facing facade, while gloss enhances them; anti-graffiti lets you clean off spray paint with solvent without removing the print. Rounded corners are a must: on an aluminium sheet, a sharp corner stays sharp.
CMYK at 300 DPI, 2 mm bleed and a 4 mm margin: on such a flat surface, the slightest missing pixel shows from a metre away. On brushed silver, deliberately leave areas without ink: that is where the metal does its work. Plan where the stand-offs go, at the four corners, so that none lands on a word.
We cut and print your Dibond in our Gers workshop, 100% Made In Occitanie. A panel fitted for years is rarely an urgent order: standard lead time is usually enough, and urgent and express remain available if your opening comes sooner.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
A close-knit team, from the first idea to the finished product. Every project, large or small, gets the same care. A question about your file? +33 5 33 13 02 01.
