How do I get a quote?
Fill in our online form on the Quote page or call us on 05 33 13 02 01. Tell us about your project (material, quantity, finishes) and attach your files if you have them. We get back to you within 24 to 48 working hours, and your quote is free within 72 hours at the latest.
Is the quote free, with no obligation?
Yes, completely. We provide a detailed, free quote with absolutely no obligation on your part.
What are your production lead times?
They vary depending on the product and quantity, but our production is 100% in-house in Manciet, which means short, reliable lead times. Your firm delivery date is confirmed with the quote, and we can handle certain orders on an express basis if needed.
Files & Printing
What file format should I send?
Ideally a high-resolution PDF (300 dpi) in CMYK colour mode, with a 3 to 5 mm bleed and text converted to outlines. We also accept Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop files. If you're not sure, just send us your file and we'll check it before printing.
I don't have a print-ready file, can you create one?
Of course. Our in-house design studio can create your artwork from scratch or adapt an existing one (layout, logo, adapting it across different formats) for a professional result.
Do you send a proof for approval before printing?
Yes. We send you a proof to approve before printing begins, so there are no surprises with the final result.
Will the printed colours match what I see on screen?
We print in CMYK with careful colour calibration. Slight variations from what you see on an RGB screen are normal; for critical colours, just give us your Pantone references and we'll match them as closely as possible.

Do you print small quantities?
Yes, we print everything from a single item to large runs, with the same commitment to quality. Perfect for trying out a new format or for one-off needs.
Does the price go down with larger quantities?
Yes. The unit cost decreases as the quantity increases. We show you several quantity tiers on your quote to help you choose the right one.
Delivery & Collection
Do you deliver everywhere?
Yes, we deliver throughout France and Europe. You're also welcome to collect your order directly from our workshop in Manciet (32370).
Where is your workshop located?
Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers (32), between Nogaro and Eauze, and we serve the whole of Occitania and Nouvelle-Aquitaine: Auch, Mont-de-Marsan, Condom, Aire-sur-l'Adour, Vic-Fezensac and beyond.

Do you offer installation of signs and vinyl graphics?
Yes, we install signs, vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics. We also work white-label for agencies and fellow printers looking for a reliable installation partner.
