Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

2. Data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide us through the quote request form:

  • Your name and, where applicable, your company name;
  • Email address and phone number;
  • The content of your message and the details of your project;
  • Any files you attach to your request;
  • Technical data (IP address, referring page) for security and monitoring purposes.

In addition, as you browse our site, our professional audience-measurement tool Apollo.io passively collects technical and browsing data (see section 7).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to process your quote request, contact you again, and establish a possible business relationship. The legal basis is your consent as well as the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6 GDPR).

4. Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the departments of GOLDEN PRINT responsible for handling your request. It is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Our host (Infomaniak, Switzerland) may technically have access to it as a data processor.

Certain third-party services (see section 7) process browsing data as data processors: Google (Google Analytics), Apollo.io, Inc. and Tawk.to. These processing activities may involve a data transfer outside the European Union (in particular to the United States), governed by appropriate contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses). These tools are only activated after your consent.

5. Retention period

Quote requests are kept for as long as necessary to process them, then archived for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, for prospecting and business follow-up purposes, before being deleted.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data;
  • Right to rectification;
  • Right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten");
  • Right to restrict or object to the processing of your data;
  • Right to the portability of your data.

To exercise these rights, write to us at info@2mnumerique.fr. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies and trackers

This site uses essential technical cookies required for it to work properly (session, security).

It also offers third-party services that are only activated after your consent, via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choices at any time using the "cookies" icon at the bottom left of every page:

  • Audience measurement — Google Analytics and Apollo.io (visiting-company identification): traffic statistics and insight into the professionals browsing the site. Data involved: IP address, pages viewed, technical data and, where applicable, inferred company information.
  • Chat & support — Tawk.to: displaying the live chat window.
