100% Polylana® (50% recycled polyester / 50% polyester). Fine knit beanie with turn-up. The Polylana® fibre is a material as soft and pleasant to the touch as wool, an alternative to acrylic with a low environmental impact, whose production requires less energy, water and CO2 emissions. Polylana® yarn is Impact Aware™ certified, guaranteeing a 100% transparent and trustworthy product across the whole production chain, with the possibility, via the Aware™ blockchain platform, of verifying the authenticity of the Polylana® fibre. A special label with a QR code gives access to the Aware™ platform and lets you authenticate the certifications directly with a simple smartphone.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
