Body fabrics - Outer: 100% recycled polyester JIAREN. Padding: 100% recycled polyester REPREVE 180g/m². Lining: 100% polyester. Shoulder panels: 280g/m² 2-layer softshell stretch fabric with: outer layer: 40% recycled polyester TOPGREEN® / 60% polyester. Inner layer: 30% recycled polyester TOPGREEN® / 70% polyester microfleece. YKK front zip with padded chin guard. Contrast-colour zipped pockets, one on the chest, two at the sides, with black zip pullers. Quilted body. Very soft, light and warm. Concealed zip on the left chest for branding.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
