3-layer bonded fabric. Outer layer: 93% polyester / 7% elastane. Middle layer: 5,000 mm waterproof, 3,000 g/m²/24h breathable thermoplastic polyurethane membrane. Inner layer: polar microfibre for better thermal capacity. Lining: 100% polyester taffeta on the upper back. 2 zipped side pockets. 1 zipped chest pocket. 2 large inner pockets and 1 inner phone pocket. Longer back panel. Inner storm flap. 50 mm sewn safety tapes incorporating 3M scotchlite reflective materials. EN ISO 20471:2013 class 2.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
