100% polyester with PVC coating. Waterproof heat-sealed seams. 3-in-1 parka: bi-material inner lining. Body: 100% polyester mesh. Sleeves: 100% polyester. Zip fastening and snap-fastened button placket. Fleece inside collar. 3 zipped front pockets with flap. Hook-and-loop adjustment tabs at the cuffs. Removable hood lined with mesh, with snap fasteners + cord stops. Inside zip for personalisation. Fleece jacket: 100% polyester microfleece. 94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
