96% polyester / 4% elastane. 3-layer bonded fabric, breathable 3000 g/m²/24 h and waterproof 5000 mm. Outer: 96% polyester / 4% elastane. Middle: breathable, waterproof membrane. Inner layer: micro fleece. BIONIC-FINISH® ECO treatment (water repellency, fluorine-free for optimal performance). Plastic zip fastening with tone-on-tone zip pull. 2 zipped front pockets with zip pulls. 3-piece hood adjustable with stoppers inserted in the seam. Contrasting neck tape inside the collar with hanging loop. Elasticated 3-compartment pen holder on the left sleeve. Contrasting piping between the two-tone parts of the garment (body and sleeves, front and back). Double 2x2 rib with elastane at sleeve cuffs and hem. TearAway brand label.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
