Outer: 65% polyester / 35% cotton. Inner padding 100% polyester. Inner lining 100% polyester. Straight fit. 2 large patch pockets with hook-and-loop flap and side opening + 2 patch chest pockets with hook-and-loop flap, one with an open pen compartment. 1 pocket with tone-on-tone plastic zip at the front right. 1 inner pocket with hook-and-loop closure on the heart side. Tone-on-tone plastic zip fastening. Hanging loop inside the collar. Extended back. Invisible personalisation zip at the hem. TearAway brand label.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
