94% recycled polyester / 6% elastane. 3-layer bonded fabric, breathable 3000 g/m²/24 h and waterproof 5000 mm. Outer layer: 94% recycled polyester / 6% elastane. Middle: breathable, waterproof membrane. Inner layer: micro fleece, 100% recycled polyester. Washable at 40°C (25 cycles). Nylon zip fastening with chin guard and zip pull. 1 vertical zipped chest pocket on the right as worn. 2 zipped side pockets. 2 inner pockets. Cuffs adjustable by hook-and-loop strap. Detachable zipped sleeves. Hem adjustable with drawcord. Contrasting panels on shoulders, cuffs and sides. Contrasting collar lining and neck tape. 94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
