85% organic cotton, 15% post-consumer recycled polyester. Combed cotton. Straight cut. Brushed 3-thread LSF (Low Shrinkage Fleece: pre-shrunk fleece). Enzyme washed. 1 x 1 rib at cuffs and bottom hem. Inside collar finished with tone-on-tone jersey neck tape. Double topstitching straddling armholes, sleeve hems and bottom hem. Darted hood with topstitching, lined in main fabric with drawcord stop stitch. Round drawcord with recycled metal tips and eyelets. Kangaroo pocket. 94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
