70% polyester / 30% cotton. Combed cotton. Brushed 3-thread LSF (Low Shrinkage Fleece). Vortex yarn. Washable at 60°C. Straight fit. Crew neck with 1x1 rib and tone-on-tone neck tape with contrasting piping. Half-moon finish at the back neckline to make inside branding easier. Contrasting piping on the shoulders. Chest pocket on the right side with contrasting nylon zip and contrasting zip pull. Tone-on-tone twin-needle stitching around the pocket. TearAway brand label.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
