77% recycled polyester / 23% combed cotton. Brushed 3-thread LSF (Low Shrinkage Fleece). Industrial and/or domestic washing at 60°C. Standard fit. 1x1 rib collar, hem and sleeve cuffs. Inner neck tape. Inner shoulder reinforcements in 65% polyester / 35% cotton twill to prevent distortion during industrial washing. RFID pocket at the bottom of the garment under the label. PPE Category II - Standards NF EN ISO 13688:2013 + NF EN ISO 13688/A1:2021 (Protective clothing - General requirements), NF EN 17353:2020: Type A (Protective clothing - Enhanced visibility equipment for medium risk situations - Test methods and requirements), NF EN ISO 15797:2018 (Textiles - Industrial laundering and finishing procedures for testing of workwear): Professional industrial laundering - Washing programme 8 with tunnel finishing only. 94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
