85% organic cotton / 15% post-consumer recycled polyester. Ringspun combed cotton. Enzyme washed. 3-thread brushed fleece LSF (Low Shrinkage Fleece). 1 x 1 rib waistband with drawcord. Buttonhole eyelet for waist cord. Side pockets. 1 piped back pocket. Twin-needle hem at leg bottoms. The Raw Natural colour stands out for its raw, visually textured look, flecked with fine particles visible to the naked eye. Note: we are updating the cord finish. On new production runs, the cord tip will be in recycled metal, replacing the current plastic tip. 94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
