60% recycled polyester / 36% cotton / 4% elastane. Twill fabric. Water-repellent treatment. Wash at 60°C (25 cycles). 2 front pockets + 1 ticket pocket on the right side (as worn). 2 cargo side pockets with bellows, closed by a contrast flap with hook-and-loop tape. 1 patch pocket with pen/tool holder on the cargo pocket, left side (as worn). 2 patch back pockets closed by a contrast flap with hook-and-loop tape. Plastic ring attached to the belt at the front left (as worn). 2 knee pad pockets in contrast Cordura® 100% polyamide (knee pads not included) with hook-and-loop fastening and an inner flap to hold and adapt the knee pad. 2 segmented retro-reflective bands of 8.5 cm and contrast panels on the lower leg. Belt elasticated at the sides with loops, including 1 wide reinforced loop at centre back. Zip fly and plastic-covered button. Triple stitching on the inside leg, sides and crotch, front and back. Adjustable 5 cm hem. Certifications in progress: PPE Category II. Standards NF EN ISO 13688:2013 + NF EN ISO 13688/A1:2021 (Protective clothing - General requirements), NF EN 14404-1:2024 + NF EN 14404-3:2024: Level 1U only when combined with WKP150 protective knee pads (Personal protective equipment - Knee protectors for work in a kneeling position), NF EN ISO 20471:2013 + NF EN ISO 20471/A1:2017: Category 2 (High-visibility clothing - Test methods and requirements), RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2:2019 only for the Hi Viz Orange/Navy colour (Railway industry standard). Detachable brand label.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
