95% polyester / 5% elastane. 3-layer laminated fabric, breathable 3000 g/m²/24 h and waterproof 8000 mm. Outer: 95% polyester / 5% elastane. Middle: breathable membrane. Inner layer: microfleece. Straight cut. 2 piped zipped front pockets with zip pullers. 2 cargo side pockets with bellows, contrast piping and a flap with hook-and-loop closure. 2 back pockets with flap and hook-and-loop closure. Pre-shaped knee panels for extra comfort. Waist adjustable with hook-and-loop tabs and a loop. Raised back waistband and non-slip inner elastic for an optimal fit. Plastic ring attached to one of the front right loops (as worn). Zip fly and button held by a herringbone strap to make closing easier and stronger. Elasticated leg openings and zipped gusseted side slits. Reinforced crotch gusset for extra comfort and perfect freedom of movement. Contrast reinforcement stitching. Triple stitching on the sides, inside leg, front + back crotch and crotch gusset. Detachable brand label.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
