100% polyester 290T. Inner padding: 100% polyester. Lining: 100% tone-on-tone 290T polyester. Straight fit. Stand-up collar. Two side pockets lined in 290T, with reverse nylon zips and tone-on-tone zip pullers. Two inner pockets. Tone-on-tone nylon zip fastening with chin guard and zip puller. Horizontal quilting. Wider quilting band on the front at chest level and on the upper back, making personalisation easier. Tone-on-tone elasticated binding at the cuffs and bottom hem. Inner hanging loop at the neck. Compressible product in its storage bag. No brand label at the neck, only a size tag, to make personalisation easier. Injected padding: the weight may vary across different areas of the garment. The total weight is indicative.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
