95% polyester / 5% elastane. 3-layer bonded fabric, breathable 3000 g/m²/24h and waterproof 8000 mm. Outer: 95% polyester / 5% elastane. Middle: breathable membrane. Inner layer: micro fleece. Quilted lining 100% polyester. Front: 4 zipped pockets (2 side, 1 on the sleeve, 1 right chest). 2 inner pockets with press stud. Removable 3-panel hood, lined and quilted, adjustable with toggles. Adjustable sleeve ends with hook-and-loop strap. 1 zip on the heart side and 1 zip at the hem for access when personalising.

94 % of our orders were produced in-house in 2024-2025, and 100 % in France. Our workshop is in Manciet, in the Gers, near Nogaro — recent machinery, local workshops. Less transport, faster turnaround.
Committed suppliers
We source our materials from regional partners who share our standards. Our main textile supplier is a French manufacturer whose site in Hagetmau, in the neighbouring Landes, supplies us through a short circuit — EcoVadis Platinum 2024, organic cotton and recycled textile ranges certified GOTS and GRS. Our paper comes from sustainably managed forests.
Less waste
PVC offcuts, paper and substrates are sorted and recovered; our adhesive films are available in recycled PVC. Nesting and imposition of files cut offcuts down: we print the right quantity. And low-impact inks, for prints that last.
