Flyer, Leaflet or Brochure: Which One Should You Choose?
- 24 May, 2026
Flyer, leaflet, brochure: three staples of commercial print, often mixed up. Yet each one answers a specific need. Here's a quick guide so you pick the right one.
The flyer: punchy and budget-friendly
A single sheet, printed on one or both sides (from A6 to A4). The flyer gets straight to the point: a promotion, an event, an opening. Best suited to mass distribution and a short message. Cost-effective and ideal in large quantities.
The leaflet: structuring your message
A sheet folded into 2 or 3 panels (roll fold, accordion, gate fold). The leaflet offers several "pages" without stapling: perfect for presenting a range of products, a menu, a programme or several offers in a clear, structured way.
The brochure: for going into depth
Several pages bound together (saddle-stitched or perfect-bound). The brochure lets you tell a story, go into detail and showcase your work: product catalogue, portfolio, report, company brochure. It's the most premium format… and the most complete.
The right instinct: start from your message
A single, time-sensitive piece of information? Flyer. Several offers to present clearly? Leaflet. A whole story to tell? Brochure. As for paper, we tailor the weight and finish (matte, gloss, lamination) to the image you want to convey.
And what about quantity?
Thanks to our mostly in-house production, we can print anywhere from 100 flyers for an event to 10,000 for a campaign, with a unit cost that drops as volume increases. We'll advise you on the right format and print run for our commercial print service. Request your free quote.
