Which fabric for your premium roll-up banner?
The standard fabric handles everyday use: dense flat colours, a slightly matt surface and reliable rewinding. The grey-backed polyester carries an opaque layer on the reverse, so the artwork cannot be read through the banner when it stands against a window or under a spotlight. The M1 fabric is the one to pick where a fire rating is required, in exhibition halls and public venues. Ordering without printed fabric means ordering the hardware alone.
Available sizes
85 x 200 cm is the size that fits anywhere: between two stands, behind a counter or beside a doorway, and it travels in a car boot.
100 x 200 cm gives you fifteen more centimetres of width. It pays off when the design carries a full-width photograph, a product range or text meant to be read from a distance.
Hardware, printing and replacements
Three combinations are available. Hardware plus print for a first order. Print only if you keep the cassette and change the message from one season to the next, which is the leanest option in terms of material. Replacement hardware alone when a mechanism has suffered in transit. Other answers sit in our roll-up range, and the premium line is quoted project by project.
Preparing your file
Work at 300 DPI in CMYK, with 2 mm bleed and a 4 mm safety margin. Keep the lower band quiet: the first few centimetres are often hidden by visitors or by the foot of the stand. Put the key message at eye level.
