Which printed material for your hanging banner?
The 200 gsm photo poster gives the finest result: gradients and photographs come out crisply, for indoor use. The M1 fire-rated materials answer the requirements of public venues, exhibition halls and multi-purpose rooms where a fire classification is asked for at the door. Grey-backed fire-rated polyester adds an opaque layer behind the print: that is the one to choose when the banner hangs in the middle of a room, is seen from both sides, or is lit from behind. A no-material option exists if you are ordering hardware alone.
Sizes available
The 40 x 100 and 40 x 150 cm sizes make a narrow column, ideal between two windows or along a pillar. The 100 x 100, 120 x 100, 150 x 100 and 200 x 100 cm sizes cover horizontal strips above a counter. Heights of 150 and 200 cm, in widths of 100, 120, 150 and 200 cm, give the large welcome panels you read from the back of a room. The 200 x 200 cm square closes off the back of a stand on its own.
Hardware and replacements
The hanging rail is chosen to match the width of the graphic: grey in 40, 60, 100, 120, 150 and 200 cm, black in 60 and 100 cm. You can also order the print alone if you are reusing an existing rail, or the rail alone as a replacement.
Preparing your file
Work at 300 DPI at final scale, or proportionally reduced, in CMYK, with 2 mm bleed and a 4 mm safety margin. Leave a quiet strip at the top and bottom, where the fixing profiles sit.
