Which fabric for your custom printed tablecloth?
Two fabrics are offered. The 210 g/m2 standard covers occasional use: an open day, a forum, a market pitch. Decotex 220 g/m2 is denser; it hangs straighter over the table edges and stands up better to a full season of handling. Both carry the French M1 fire rating, which exhibition organisers regularly ask for in their venue rules. In both cases the cloth is hemmed on all four sides.
Available sizes
100x100 dresses a side table or a small welcome pedestal, with a short drop.
150x150 and 150x200 match the folding tables most often found on stands and refreshment points.
150x260 leaves a generous drop at the sides and hides whatever is stored underneath.
350x170 is made for the long tables of banquets, club dinners and buffets.
Printing and finishing
Printing is single-sided across the whole surface, so the artwork runs edge to edge, including the sides that hang down. Place your logo on the front face, the one visitors see standing up, rather than in the middle of the top where brochures, samples and laptops will cover it. A second, smaller mark on each side keeps the brand visible when the table is approached from the aisle.
Preparing your file
CMYK artwork at 300 DPI, 2 mm bleed and a 4 mm safety margin. Mark where the cloth folds over the table edges: text sitting on a fold becomes unreadable once the cloth is on.
2M Numérique at your side
We prepare your tablecloth in Manciet, in the Gers, 100 % Made In Occitanie; our responsible approach explains what that covers. Send us your table dimensions if you are hesitating between two sizes, and browse the rest of the stands range.
