Which material should you choose for your pop-up display stand?
Three printed materials are available, and the decision comes down to light and to how often the stand travels. The 260 g black-back fabric is built for backdrops: its opaque reverse stops light from a window or a hall passing through the graphic and washing out the colours. The lighter 210 g standard fabric folds down easily and suits stands that move from date to date. The 260 g canvas is denser, holds tension well and gives deep colour for a stand that stays in place for several days. Both fabrics carry the M1 fire rating often asked for in public venues.
The sizes available
The curved M and L versions have a gently bowed wall that wraps the space and frames anyone standing in front of it. The M fits a small pitch, the L covers the width of an aisle.
The straight M, L and XL versions give a flat wall, easier to line up with another element and to photograph head-on. The XL is the widest and works as a full backdrop for a conference, an award ceremony or a photo wall.
Frame, graphic, or both
Three options. Frame plus graphic delivers the complete stand. Graphic only refreshes the artwork on a frame you already own, which is what you need for a new campaign or a new identity. Frame only replaces a tired structure, or adds a second one so you can cover two events in the same week.
Preparing your artwork
300 DPI, CMYK, 2 mm of bleed and a 4 mm safety margin. Keep the logo and the main message in the central area at eye level: the edges curve or wrap around the frame, and the lower part of the graphic is often hidden behind a table or a counter.
