Which paper for your table tents?
On a table, a display is seen close up and handled often. Both stocks are 350 gsm, thick enough for the tent to stand without warping. Matt coated absorbs light: no reflections under pendant lamps or in a conservatory, comfortable reading and a restrained look that suits type-led menus. Silk coated keeps a light sheen: photographs of dishes gain depth and colours stay bright without glare. The rest of the range for dining rooms is in our hotels and restaurants section.
Available formats
298 x 204 mm is the near-A4 option: a short menu, a dessert selection or a lunch offer, with room for an image.
The second format, 404 x 96 cm, is much narrower and taller. Its vertical shape is noticed on a laid table without taking the place of the cutlery, which suits a single notice, a QR code or a short campaign.

Finishes
The standard finish leaves the paper as it is, pleasant to touch and easy to recycle. Gloss lamination intensifies colour and allows a quick wipe between services. Matt lamination avoids reflections under direct light. Soft touch gives a velvet surface, often chosen by hotels and fine dining rooms.
Preparing your artwork
Export at 300 DPI in CMYK, with 2 mm bleed and a 4 mm safety margin. Once assembled the tent is read from both sides: supply artwork for both faces if it should work whichever way it is placed. Outline your fonts and avoid very fine type on dark backgrounds.
