Which fabric for your standard roll-up banner?
The standard fabric is enough in most cases: it takes repeated rewinding and renders colour cleanly. The grey-backed polyester blocks light coming through and avoids the ghosting effect when the display sits against a window. The M1 fabric answers venues that impose a fire rating. Ordering without printed fabric means ordering the hardware alone.
Available sizes
85 x 200 cm: the go-anywhere size, the one you take to two appointments in a day.
100 x 200 cm: a little more width for a photograph or a list of services.
120 x 200 cm: the right measure once the banner becomes the main decor of a small stand.
150 x 200 cm: room for a full product range or a map, readable from the main aisle.
200 x 199 cm: almost square, used as a stand backdrop or a dividing wall.
Hardware, printing and replacements
You choose hardware plus print, print only to reuse an existing cassette, or replacement hardware on its own. Keeping the cassette and reprinting the fabric alone is the option that consumes the least material over the years. Our roll-up range gathers the neighbouring options, and the standard line is quoted according to size and fabric.
Preparing your file
300 DPI, CMYK, 2 mm bleed and a 4 mm safety margin. Scale the type to the width you order: a 200 x 199 cm banner is read across a hall, an 85 x 200 cm one from two metres away. Leave the lower band uncluttered.
