Which material for your custom printed gazebo?
One material is used, a 260 g/m² water-repellent mesh. The open weave sheds surface water and stays light, which matters for a stand put up in the morning and taken down at night. At 260 g/m² the roof holds its shape without making the pack heavy. Remember that a roof is seen from a distance and from above: a bold flat colour and a large logo read far better than a busy design. The gazebo sits in our bespoke outdoor advertising range.
Available formats
The 3 x 3 m gazebo covers 9 m²: room for a table and two or three people, at a weekly market or in front of a shop. The 4.5 x 3 m frees up a more comfortable selling area, with a clear walkway behind the counter. The 6 x 3 m covers 18 m² and becomes a proper fair stand or a race welcome point, able to shelter a queue and the team's equipment.
Branding layouts and weighting
Seven combinations are available, from a printed roof alone to a roof with a back wall, full side walls and half walls. The roof alone is enough to be spotted along an aisle. A back wall closes the view and works as a photo backdrop. Half walls mark out the stand without cutting you off from the public. Full side walls shelter you from wind and low sun, which counts on an exposed pitch. Printing is single-sided. For stability, the concrete four-foot base holds the frame on hard ground, while the option without a base suits anyone who already owns weights. The rest of the outdoor advertising range can carry the same artwork.
Preparing your file
Work at 300 DPI in CMYK, with 2 mm bleed and a 4 mm safety margin. At these sizes, artwork built to a reduced scale is fine provided the proportions match exactly. Keep key elements centred on each panel: the fabric stretches over the frame, and anything close to the edge becomes hard to read. Outline your logos.
