Which board for your bill presenter?
The bill presenter is printed on 350 g/m2 semi-matt coated board. That weight is the one used for menu cards: it stays flat in the hand, does not curl when handled with damp fingers and survives the daily round trips between the dining room and the till. Semi-matt keeps colours clean without bouncing back the light of low pendant lamps. It is the only stock offered in our bill presenter range, because it covers every front-of-house use.
Available sizes
One size, set by the job it does: 200 x 200 mm open, 100 x 200 mm folded. The till receipt fits inside the height without sticking out. The outer face carries your logo, the inner face your opening hours, a thank-you line or a QR code to your online menu. It sits naturally alongside the other pieces in our hotels and restaurants section.
Finishes and double-sided printing
Printing runs on both faces of the fold. Three finishes are available. The standard finish leaves the board bare and warm to the touch. Gloss lamination on the front lifts the colours and protects the cover from fingerprints, which helps during busy service. Matt lamination on the front gives a quieter result, well suited to dark tables and understated logos. A slot can be die-cut to hold a business card or a loyalty card; without it, the receipt simply slides into the fold.
Preparing your artwork
Supply a 300 DPI file in CMYK, with 2 mm bleed on every edge and a 4 mm safety margin for text and logos. Lay the design out on the open format and mark the fold line: anything that must stay readable should not fall across it. No print-ready file?
