Which paper for your desk pad calendar?
The desk pad calendar comes on one paper only, 90 gsm offset, and that follows from how it is used. Uncoated stock takes ballpoint, pencil and highlighter without the ink sitting on the surface. It does not bounce ceiling light back, so your artwork stays readable under office lighting. It is thin enough to keep a 50 sheet block reasonable in depth, and each sheet tears away cleanly along the glued edge.
Available sizes
A2, 420 x 594 mm, spans the width of a working desk. It suits reception counters and workshops, where the planning grid still has room once your branded header is reserved. A3, 297 x 420 mm, slips between keyboard and screen and works better for a wide mailing. Both sizes are configured in our desk pad calendar section, part of the wider promotional calendar range.
Binding and number of sheets
The block is glued at the head or at the foot, on a board backing that keeps it flat. Head gluing is handled with one hand and leaves the lower part of the sheet free for notes. Foot gluing keeps your header visible until the last sheet. Choose 25 or 50 sheets depending on how often you want the page to turn.
Preparing your file
Supply a PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK, with 2 mm bleed on every edge and a 4 mm safety margin for text and logos. Keep the glued edge free of anything important: it disappears under the board backing.
