Where does a magnetic calendar belong?
A magnetic calendar needs neither nail nor tape: it sits on a metal surface and moves with a fingertip. That is exactly its strength, because it takes the places nobody wants to drill. A fridge door in a family kitchen, a workshop cabinet, the side of a staff-room fridge, a locker door. These are everyday spots, checked without thinking, where your name and number stay in view. Our magnetic calendar section gathers these models, next to the wider promotional calendar range.
Available sizes
A4 (21x29.7 cm) gives a comfortable year grid, readable from two or three metres: the format for workshops and professional kitchens. A5 (14.8x21 cm) is the sensible compromise for a domestic fridge door, where space is shared with drawings and shopping lists. A6 (10.5x14.8 cm) fits into a corner, beside a handle or on a narrow upright, so keep the layout clean, logo and number included.
Portrait or landscape
Orientation follows the surface you are aiming for. Portrait matches the height of a fridge or locker door. Landscape slides above a worktop, under a shelf, or across the wide side of a cabinet. Decide before the layout stage: the months do not fall the same way in the two directions.
Preparing your artwork
300 DPI, CMYK, 2 mm bleed on every edge, 4 mm safety margin for text. Favour strong contrast and a phone number in large type: this calendar is read from a distance, often at an angle and under raking light.
